Weekly Accountability Thread: Jan. 6 Edition

Last week was a good training week - did everything I had planned, despite staying up late to see in the New Year. I would have gone to bed early but MrsC insists that anyone who doesn’t stay up until midnight “has given up!” Swim: 10k, Bike 5hrs, Run: 33k, strength and rehab work all done. And felt pretty strong doing everything (albeit shoulder is feeling a little cranky again). And achilles is feeling normal, even first thing in the morning.

This week is the penultimate week of winter strength training block. So, training is same as last week, with a little more run volume, and a bit of shoulder TLC.
