This old wheel technology called “wheel-balance” for autos and motorcycles is finally coming into the hi-end wheel-set market. The question is, should it be marketed as “all new technology”?!

folks have been doing this for decades. It comes and goes out of style every few years as different people come on the scene and think they’ve discovered a new game changing technology that isn’t either of those things.
