Training week ticked off to plan: 10k swim, 5hrs bike, 18k run, lots of strength training & achilles rehab. Achilles currently all good - feel it a little in the morning but feels 100% during the small amounts of running I’m doing. So it’s time to ramp up running again too quickly and regret it
Plan for this week is same as last week, with a little more running. And continuing to resist my friend’s (well meaning) attempts to get me to go to a chiropractor to sort out the squint feeling I’ve had in my back/hips for a while now. Not sure I trust chiropractoring - feel free to convince me I’m wrong!
