Weekly Accountability thread: Dec. 16 edition

Training week ticked off to plan: 10k swim, 5hrs bike, 18k run, lots of strength training & achilles rehab. Achilles currently all good - feel it a little in the morning but feels 100% during the small amounts of running I’m doing. So it’s time to ramp up running again too quickly and regret it :flushed:

Plan for this week is same as last week, with a little more running. And continuing to resist my friend’s (well meaning) attempts to get me to go to a chiropractor to sort out the squint feeling I’ve had in my back/hips for a while now. Not sure I trust chiropractoring - feel free to convince me I’m wrong!
