Word on the street is many names in Tour are 100% clean.
Is it OK to talk about them? Name names?

Jens Voigt - I love that dude!

sure, the guys who most consistently place in the last 5 in the G.C. and in the peloton might be clean (or, perhaps just their doping doctors/suppliers are incompetent).
Sadly, even “I” am not clean.
Not PEDs, but recreational enhancers.
You are kidding, right? Why do you thing Joerg Jaksche is mostly offended by Jens Voigt and calls him a hypocrat?
That doesn’t mean though you can’t love him or that he isn’t an amazing cyclist.

Some of these guys have made it a matter of personal prestige that they are literally pure as the driven snow. They wear it like a badge of secret honor.
I think George Hincapie is clean. He’s fallen off so far this year that I think it shows that he can’t be doping. He actually looks like he has problems recovering from each stage and each day he looks more weary.

What about damiano cunego? He may no be in the tour (maybe good career choice actually?) He has papers stating something about he and his dad being like those 41-60 tibetians in another thread that is blood level is 60 or something genetically. He wouldnt need to dope. (Disclaimer: I did no research about him being in the tour
Millar.
Any american rider or on Team Discovery. Anyone riding a Cervelo.
Cyclingheroes: You have critized Jens Voigt sharply because of his remarks about Ivan Basso, why?
Jörg Jaksche: Because he is a poor hypocrite. He takes Basso’s price money but puts him him more as just into question if he is a clean athlete. Either keep the money that Basso raced together and believe in his innocence or return the money if he thinks Basso is guilty. Presenting himself as an anti-doping fighter for the lord but taking the dirty money of Basso is pretty hypocritical. It’s either… or.
Not the Portugese, they are all dirty cheats.
And people wearing orange!
Bradley Wiggins…he was pretty happy last year about operation puerto getting some of the cheaters out of the race

Defin George H, but what’s the word on Levi? I soo wanna believe (!)
I think chris horner is clean, for no rational reason

Linus Gerdemann
Just the way he started to disintegrate after his stage win, he gave everything that day and didn’t have much left after that, makes me think he’s clean. Plus if he isn’t with some of the statements he’s made in the press, ouch.

Boogerd is clean…unless teeth growth hormone is considered doping.
That’s the first rider I thought of too.

Hello Tom,
Most of the answers below are a bit silly. I don’t mind speculating as to who mya be clean but its impossible to know. Before TH got buted most fans, at least US based would have had him at the top of the lists of top riders who are clean.
I’m sorry this had to happen but I believe that one major reason that many riders are dirty is that the teams turned a blind eye at best and were complicit at worse. Now with entire teams being punished at even rumors of use I don’t a team being as likely to hire a questionable rider or help with doping in any way.
My guess is that certain Drs with reputations for doping are also brilliant trainers, aside form doping expertise. But is Bikesport sponsered a team to the tune of 2 million and the director said, “Tom, we have the chance to hire Billy Bob the top young rider in the world. Gonna be the next Eddy Mercxx(sp), never had a wisper of a positive drug test, but he does train with DR X, although he assures us no drug use or advice.” Is it worth your risking your advertising dollars on this rider, when the penalty of a file with his name showing up where mysterious “supplements” were given, means the entire team doesn’t race? I suspect more and more sponsers and teams will say, Billy Bob, stay the hell away from the Dr or were hiring someone without the whiff of scandal.
