I have same bike looking to extend my reach. Love your work. Have u considered closing holes with plugs where old extensions used to be? Does that even matter aerowise? Also wireless up front?

Thanks  I am considering angle-grinding off the “old” aero bar holders.
It would give a bit aero wise, I am sure! I would need the original base, if I´d ever wanted to sell the bike though.

@Mulen

Mind sharing where you got your angled BTA riser?

This is (almost) exactly what I try to find!
Thanks!

You can buy a fasttt plate.

That is 3D printed. I can see if I can find the file, if interested?

Ah, got it.
Thanks for the offer, but I have no way to 3d print anything.

In what sense are you not able to 3D Print? Pretty much anywhere in the world you can get a 3rd party printer service to print and send to you for like 5-6 USD / EUR.
Happy to help you finding a service near you.

Here is a screen dump of the part: I have the STL or SKP files

Obviously the fixed angle must match the angle of your bar setup

David! Send me a message. I’ll print you different sizes at no cost and mail it to you. Just supply your own hardware and you’re set. I have a 3d printer and have printed many.

Also more and more public libraries have 3D printers for use. Cost of materials typically applies but it’s getting to be pretty common.

SKP & STL files sent to David  Print away!

I ended up finding a great deal on a TriRig Wingspan Extenders XL for the extensions and profile design 10 degree angle. Still working on the the BTA setup.

@Bryancd or anyone else using Di2 on these bars, did you have issue feeding the Di2 wires through? For the pair I am working with the holes are too small to get the Di2 connector through let alone an internal routing wire.

Don’t the wires run through a channel on the underside of the extensions?

Since the Di2 wire plugs directly into the middle backside of the shift button it needs to be internal. There are holes cut but way too small. The new Di2 connectors would probably fit but even the new 12sp setup uses the old connectors
