any other stem mounted options out there other than Control Tech Falcon Mini?
Looking for something that can clamp to my stem rather than my bars. I have non round bars on my gravel bike and would love to have an aero bar option.

Specialized made or did make a long and short option. I have a pair, but don’t like them - they are heavy and you lose to much of the top of your bars. The control tech are even heavier.
I think if you’re doing gravel, a round bar and your favorite clip ones might be better for aerodynamics, if you plan to be in the aero position extensively. That’s my conclusion with my aero road bars and trying out all multiple options.
Timely. I’m looking a set for bikepacking and solo gravel adventures.
Was thinking Controtech Falcon Tri, or Pro Missile. both minimalist and light and narrow enough to not impede the tops… any other suggestion?
I am not really concerned with aero here, rather another grip option to give my hands a break every once and while.
The non-round bar on the gravel bike is great not because its more aero (I doubt it actually is) but because it is a wider surface area for my hands and alleviates some of the pressure points that build up after 8-10+ hours in the saddle on rough road.
Those specialized bars seem to be specific to the venge, have you had success with them on other stems?

ControlTech makes one. Lots of them are available on Ebay.
I use these on my road bike. https://www.controltechbikes.com/products/item/383.html
They work for me for short durations though I don’t know about for a long gravel race
Has anyone with the ControlTech stem mounted system taken the supplied arm rests and extensions off and used the supplied bridge to mount something nicer? I’m thinking Deda Jet One if the bolt spacing is wide enough (or can be drilled wide enough) on the bridge.
Also, I’ve been told that most boxy stems fit the mount, despite Controltech stating only Controltech stems fit. True?
I’m developing one. Carbon stem itself already passed testing (80,90,100mm ) later will offer 110,120,130 mm options. but will test with aerobar assembly in a few weeks. Carbon stem with monotilt assembly.
Target 250 usd stem. Whole assembly as shown 600 usd.
Looks nice, but unfortunately will be a bit too late for the rider concerned’s setup. Will keep it in mind for future personal use.
Anyone with the ControlTech able to measure the bolt spacing on the bridge? Or total space available for drilling?
When’s it lookin to be sold. Would love to see if this works out with a build I want to do.
waiting on samples to do safety testing, likely test system mid May, if all goes well production by the end of the summer. Sorry I wish it was sooner but I must do thorough testing before I sell items
TriRig Sigma One is available now. More expensive than Josh’s estimate, but it’s quite nice.
Wow! That’s expensive!
I was waiting for something like that before buying a road bike. Canyon Aeroad or Giant Propel are the only aero bikes with extensions approved by OEM but they have no tilt. Trig looks nice but a full set with bar and cups goes to ~$1.5k at least
The “Fred Bar” may be an option if you have space for it on your steerer tube The Fred Bar - More bikepacking, less pain – Fred Bars
consider myself subscribed to this. I’m very interested once the longer version is available
