What were his test swim sets and times during his swim bloc, and how much faster were they from the old times? Any pure OW swim races on the calendar between races to bone up on his pack swimming?

How have different countries treated him when entering the country? Some of these threads have gone sideways with, Donā€™t travel here and Donā€™t travel there. Any advice for travel outside and back into the USA? Any horror stories to share on traveling?

How do you handle training in the Tucson summer heat? Do you feel it negatively affects your training and race performance? Have you considered relocating for the summer?

So the 1st ā€˜The Slowtwitch Podcastā€™ is not the same (on iTunes) as the 2nd ā€˜The Slowtwitch Podcastā€™. IOW, if you were a previous subscriber (on iTunes), the new episodes are not delivered unless you resubscribe. And back to .m4a format, as was originally mis-selected and corrected to .mp3. Kind of amateur hour, if you ask me.
