So far everyone who has it seems to hate it. Has anyone updated to iOS 26 and actually like the new design?
Love it. Been running it for months (in beta).
The software my band uses sent me an email saying not to update until they could up date theirs, so I’m waiting. Break OnSong and you break the band.
I’ve updated but haven’t really had enough use with it yet. I do like how it looks.
Coolest trick is how you can expand the time on the lock screen so it almost fills the entire screen.
One thing I very much dislike is that copy paste into Discourse and this website from my phone is way off. The cursor shows below so to try and edit is a huge pain in the ass. And copy/paste Wordle and all the other games is way off.
Agreed. It’s ass on this website.
Yes. I have the same issue on the new IOS (was also a problem in all the beta releases). Also about once a day the forum will just load a blank page with only the header. Refresh doesn’t do anything. Sometimes leaving and coming in via the front door helps, but not always. Very annoying, and precedes IOS 26 (also happens on my laptop).

I get that too. Never on my phone. Only in my laptop.
I get it on phone, ipad and laptop.
I like it a lot from a design standpoint, but it has hammered my battery every day since install. They said there’d be increased battery usage “for a short while” while it rearranged files in the background, but it’s been almost a week now 
Yeah, this isn’t an ios26 thing. It’s a forum thing. Happens to me on my iOS devices, my Mac computer, and my Windows work computer. And doesn’t happen to the other Discourse forum I visit regularly.
I would disagree. I only have iOS 26 on my phone. I don’t have it on the iPad and the iPad works totally fine with the forum, as does the Windows desktop. For that I use Edge.
Phone is pretty much useless with the forum now. I’m thinking about taking the phone back to the Apple Store and making them put it back to 18.
There very well may be issues with iOS 26 as well, but the issue jsivvy described is happening across platforms.
I experience the same on an intermittent basis. I do not access with a mobile device so is not an issue with iOS.
Another very annoying issue is the access blocking if I read a handful of threads in a row.

What happened to the chat icon quote function here? It’s been replaced with an arrow M and I have no idea what that’s supposed to do.
Click on the plus symbol on the far right. Quote function is in there now.
