He has looked really good too. Uusually looks like he is moving in his saddle but today how looks smoother and comfortable.

He just needs to not be stupid coming back down. He isn’t a great bike handler and the decent can be a ripper. It’s not Nice of course but still he doesn’t need to be over aggressive

Long off the bike and into T2. 2:40 back. Also looking pretty smooth. No obvious discomfort.s. He saw Lionel on the run as he was coming into T2 so he knows what’s ahead of him. Would love to see another batttle between those 2. Their battle here when it was the harder run was pure drama.

On the women’s side shocking to see Lopes hold onto Paula. Be interesting to see is Paula knows she Lopes can’t run with her and she is saving her run legs or is Lopes is just having an awesome day
