My guess…it was taken from inside your car, while sitting in the passenger seat, leaning forward a bit so that the right pillar wouldn’t be in the shot?

I once got a flat right there, fixed it under the redwoods.

Came upon a horrendous head-on automobile collision right there. I was about 12 and in the car with my dad and little brother. We were the second car on the scene, no cell phones in those days. One of the few places to try a pass on River Road.
Still have nightmares about that one. That is a scary place for me.
