DINNER: filled up on szechwan garlic soy noodle soup. then…

glass red wine
i went over. i only had 600cal to spare for dinner, i was more like 1000. so, i’m 2400 for the day.
me too fucker . . . by about 200 cals. Darn peanuts and raisins were too tempting.
Now I’m looking for something is a dessert burrito…

The ride ended up being for two hours.
Powerade during the ride 70 calories.
Had a Cliff Bar for lunch-200 calories.
Banana for snack 150 calories ?
Walk up-tempo for 48 minutes.
Grilled Chicken for dinner 500 calories.
Cliff Bar 200 calories.
1605 calories for the day but dinner plus Cliff Bar was after 7pm.
Did well today during the day, I posted it on the other thread.
Dinner was two small pieces of pork with spinach and roasted red potatoes and a sparkling Arrowhead water. Snack this afternoon was 1/3 of a Powerbar performance bar.
Ultimate snack before and after dinner: a few pretzel sticks dipped in a bit of Nutella.

Weigh in this morning showed an incredible 178lbs down from Monday night’s 184lbs. Don’t you just love to do that…weigh yourself when you know it is going to be a scary high number just to shock the shit out of you then see the drop.
Cherrios and sliced bananas with skim milk for breakfast, cup of NesCafé.
Just had another 1/3 of a Powerbar Performance Bar (Peanut Butter/Chocolate) prior to my mid-day 5 mile run.
