Alzheimers is for peasants. Fortunately, my dad’s dementia is not from Alzheimers. Wouldn’t want that to impact my inheritance.

I guess I should cut down on my consumption of nonstick pans.
Cooking your nonstick pans in iron might be a bit messy, but, WAY more healthy.
Eating them raw is just, so…
I use cast iron now. The last set of nonstick I got has a brown coating and they are terrible. Stuff burns oddly on it and the coating is coming off.
I’ve got a 6â€, 12†round, a 14†square griddle also.
I did pickup a 10†carbon steel pan that’s awesome bc it heats up fast, and stuff doesn’t stick.
I got this off of a reddit suggestion and I’ve liked this pan a lot.
