Also surprised not to see this on here yet.

What do you think? Inclined to think its a bit of a gimmic. Esp curious what @marcag thinks of it.

I’m not a fan of the looks. It could be the first Colnago in 40 years I can say that about!!

It will be interesting to find out. That said, Colnago has done a good job developing the TT bike which as far as I can tell, is a very slippery bike especially on the flats.

That handlebar makes my eyes hurt. Not sure what I think about the frame, aesthetically speaking.

I think Le Blister will actually have more to say now, whether we like it or not.

I’m thinking podcast from a corner of some pub near his home. Pints…opinions. Could be compelling.

There isn’t much info on it. Peak Torque did provide as much info as I think we will get.

I am not convinced but maybe we will get some independent testing.

I suspect we will get more “Pogi uses it and Pogi wouldn’t ride anything but the best” BS before we get data we can trust.

I don’t know anyone at UAE but I know a few people that are close to them so it’a reliable 2nd hand info. It takes a long time to get feedback. I am still waiting on the new wheels info.

LOL, I picked up 3 more followers on IG. I think I am up to 9

Also for the sake of off season slow day tabloid fodder, we got a little WWE brewing

I’m looking for Kopeky to drop the People’s Elbow on her next year.

Also didn’t realize how badly Remco busted himself up. Off the bike until 2/1, wow.

“The whole season, when I raced with Lotte, we raced with two plans. A plan for Lotte, a plan for Demi.”

Uh-oh, is she using third-person for herself, or just an awkward translation?

Sounds a lot like NFL, when QB & WR have a falling out, then one changes teams and they get nasty with each other; McNabb & TO come to mind right away, but I’m sure there are others, more recently

Now we’re getting somewhere

And apparently he’s all-in on winning a 7th championship so it’s not just a “throw some variety into my winter road training” sort of campaign.

Hopefully Wout is able to put up a fight in the 4 races they have together, though I think Wout has more modest ambitions and will not be in great form given his injury recovery.

Puck is back racing this weekend and you’ve got Fem, Brand, and Alvarado on the start list for the World Cup too, should be a cracker.

How do I watch these Stateside again? Flo + VPN to Canada?

Wout will be interesting to watch next year. Felt bad for him going down just when he was feelin it again. Now a little older, mellower, a lot richer, kids, etc. Does he ever get back to Super Wout status?

Likely still great but not great great do everything sprint, classics, high mountain super dom up the road great.

The world cup races seem to be free on the uci’s YouTube channel, in addition to being on Flo ( who also have X2O and I think Super prestige).

I think it is possible that Wout’s best days are behind him, but I’d love to see him come back with a vengeance this year. If he can peak at De Ronde, it sets up a great race with MvgP and Pogi.

I like Van Aert a lot. He was a victim of his own success more often than not, whereby everyone would sit on and expect him to close the gaps. It was similar for the back half of Sagan’s career - they just get hobbled by the others. I was always #TeamWout over #TeamVDP, but both those guys are great to watch.

Spring Classics over Grabd Tours any day of the week.

Sweet! Didn’t realize that they were freely available.

I’m hoping Wout and MvP become the next iteration of Tommeke x Fabian, the grizzled, pure spring classics brawlers. They sort of are, but not really to the degree the latter two were late in their careers.

HBO/Max has todays CX race on and many others. I think in Europe its Discovery Channel.
