my goals were use healthy coping skills for all days and do stuff to make me faster. 6/7 on the former, did well on the second
M: 6.5 mi run + 2200m swim
T: 11 mi run
W: 3500m swim
T: 5150m swim
F: 3.7 mi run, 3.7 mi walk
S: 3.7 mi run, 60 min stairmaster
S: 2 mi run, 3 mi walk
goals for this week are the same as last. I have a little tendonitis in my foot so the goal is little to no running, too.

Hey!
Congrats on 6/7 last week TC! Not bad at all.
I was quite sick last week. It wasn't COVID. This is like the 5th time during this pandemic that I've gotten sick with not covid... I'm weird, I suppose.
Anyway, it was a doozy of an illness and I basically took a week off. I'm back in action now. School starts tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to it.
