Our case is 31 x 18 x 42. 18 in the handle bar end so you don’t need to remove the basebar.
It seems quite a bit smaller which is a good thing. Is the closing mechanism a zipper?

We have a zipper as well as three adjustable buckles. TSA lock and combination lock. Front swivle wheels so you can pull it easily.

Do you have a picture of the bag with the 3 adjustable buckles? I only see the zipper version on the website.

I just received a new case from you. Looks great but it's much bigger than I thought. I measured 47x35x17. I don't know if you were using internal measurements but I just want people to be aware that if they are using your supplied dimensions they may have issues fitting it in some vehicles. I know it's going to be a bigger challenge for me than I thought.
I am looking forward to the easier packing of the bike though.

I can only agree, first time travelling with this case seat rails broken, seat post broken and frame was cracked.

I’m guessing many people use it as it is quite affordable compared to other cases out there, but from my experience the extra money for a hard case is definitely worth compared to the cost of repair/replacement.

Just sharing my experience, three of us used it for St. George and I was the only one who happened to have an issue so might just be bad luck.
