I did my run before 6AM and got it entered in quickly so I was on the first page for a bit! Yay for me.

Two things; I haven’t started a run that early in a very long time and it’s been a very long time since I have done 3 days in a row at this “distance”. :)

So it’s good so far but not sure I will be able to keep this up.

Yeah yeah, that’s what she said.

Hang in there. Biggest tip I got?....slow down. "Run" as slow as you have to in order to be able to run again tomorrow. It will probably take 2-3 weeks for the "fatigue" to truly settle in and plateau. Don't dig the hole too fast, or too deep. Let your body come to you.

Tip #2: Take a rest day, when you need it. Try and stretch the number of consecutive days, by another day each time. eg, 3x, rest, 4x, rest, 5x, rest, etc.... When you can do 7x without a rest day...do a double on day 6, and take day 7 off.

How to progress?

When you can feel good doing that. Add a second double mid-week, without a day-off. That will put you at 8x / 7-days..still with a day off.

You can repeat this again...adding another double to get to 9x / 7 days.
