Re: A Month of Olympic Tris (30/30) - Who is in on June 1? [devashish_paul]
As usual, slower than a triplegic dog, so no times but

25.6 miles cycling (in 2 parts to make sure I got to the pool on time)
1700 meters swim (catching up the 200 meters I missed on the 1st) ("National breatstroke convention" going on at the pool yesterday, with all lanes filled with them for at least 20 minutes.)
6.4 miles "run" (treadmill to control speed so injury doesn't come back)

I have to work on planning my eating, as I'm still eating light for a 64-year-old metabolism (1300 cals/day for the first 2 days) and needs have gone up considerably. (At least I made sure of protein needs.)

Tri or tri not; this is no du. (--- with apologies to Yoda.) Slow triathlete who survived Huntsville, Lelystadt, Colmar, Fontanil, and
Szekesfehervar/Lake Velence. Arbor hydration specialist in a kid's park in Monterrey 4 times in the 1990s (and in the pits in 1994).
