A Month of Olympic Tris (30/30) - Who is in on June 1?
So by June 1, its warm enough around here to open water swim and I don't need to rely on pools. Which means I can do my own triathlons again. So I am thinking of month of June seeing if I can get 1 Olympic tri of training per day done around normal life.

On paper this is easy. I need one long tim slot to bike commute to open water swim and bike back and I need another shorter time slot to run 10km. With overhead for changing, putting on wetsuit, locking bike I need to carve out 3 hrs per day to do this (90 min biking, 30 min swimming, 60 min running).

It roughly works out to 21 hrs of training per week for a month (90 hrs) with 300km of running. The hard part will be to make it repeatable around life responsibilities.

Anyone else interested in this challenge. My thought is you can do any format/order in any number of sessions needed, as long as you cover the Olympic distance daily. Walking would be permitted for the run leg too (IC rules). If you want to draft your buddies in the swim and bike like Alistair Brownlee, that's OK too. I probably end up doing this all solo myself not knowing what group gathering restrictions will be in the part of Canada where I am located. Most of my swims will likely be longer than 1500m too. I'll likely end up with 3000m of swimming most days.
