Says it in the post. Had the child account up and running last year but now says I need a renewal code. Been well over a week and two contacts from me.
I sent the form in and still haven’t heard back. They must have a ton of these but it sucks. I set my sons up in April and I think we had all the forms done to the current standards but we still got deleted
I set one up for my son a month or two ago and it took around 2 weeks to hear back from them.
Wow! I didn’t realize it took that long to setup an account. When we had the epic winter event here in Houston this week my son’s cross country coach didn’t want them to run for a few days as roads and sidewalks were very icy. Instead he asked them to ride a spin bike if they could. Rather than setting up a child account, I had my son ride on my account for 3 or 4 days. Forgot to adjust the weight though for the first ride. He didn’t appreciate the additional 35lbs he was pushing around. Oops!
A couple weeks for my daughter, I sent one request only since at the end of the day, it’s a courtesy and free so I didn’t pester them.
Well they said they sent multiple emails (they did not) that they were deleting child accounts and mine was one of them. They needed to update consent forms and verification which I get. (Now u have to donate a dollar). Think this would be very easy to put on the website so I could have done this two weeks ago. Then again I agree this is a courtesy so… Might have been an issue that I do not pay for Zwift during the summer? Maybe they emailed my kid and she didn’t tell me? Who knows.
