Wondering if anyone has had any experience with this wetsuit and the pros or cons of it?
I may be buying one for a little less than half-and it is new. Good deal or what?
I have been using a zenith for about the past year and love it. But, I come from a strong swimming background and wanted a wetsuit that would give me the most movement possible and not be too bulky. The only drawback I have with it is that is probably isn’t as warm as a true 5mm suit. Since, I believe, it is a 2mm suit with 3mm panels (to give you that Batman look). If you can get it for half, that is obviously a great deal but, I would try it on first (and others of similar price), as you may or may not like the fit.
I paid full price for mine and I like it. For half price I would like it even more. If it fits, get it. Tim
The Zenith is the first wetsuit I have ever owned and I have only used it for one race so I don’t have significant experience with it. I have heard that the most common complaints with wetsuits is their immobility and lack of comfort. I must say that I did not experience either of these with the Zenith. I felt very comfortable while swimming and the design is not constrictive at all. If you can get it for cheap then I say GO FOR IT!
