Take some electrical tape and poke a small hole and then stick the valve hole through it, it will be just tight enough to not make anymore noises. I have to do the same on my Easton wheels.

X2 I did this with my Hed wheels and now they are silent.
Another way of fixing this without dismounting the wheel is to just squirt a dab of silicon sealant into that valve/rim junction.
It worked great on my 404 tubulars, and I didn’t have to mess with remounting for a minor annoyance. Silicon
pulls away easily, so the adhesive properties are not a concern and it is invisible.
I think the black electrical tape & hole could be the cleanest - but I’m a disaster with tapes and they never go on straight for me.
About the only bike maintenance I pay for is to wrap my bar tape.
