Zipp Vuka w/Tririg Scoops Ultimate SL's?

Is there any way to get the Scoop Ultimates to work with a Zipp Vuka base bar:

Any type of adapter plate/risers?

I suppose one option would possibly be to just remove the zipp arm cups, put the ultimates on (if bolt patters match) and leave the round extension clamps empty…?

Thx!!

I don’t know about the extension clamps, but the tririg wingspan extenders might help with the bolt pattern.

Since those risers use undermounted bolts, presuming they’re between 13 and 27mm center to center, I would grab a set of Angled Spacers at the angle you want and then attach them using nuts in the slots of the Angled Spacer. Then you can mount the SL directly on top of those (or use the Wingpsan if you need additional width adjustment).

Otherise, you could grab a blank adapter plate from FastTT and tap holes or drill holes and use nuts on top of the plate to secure it. That has the advantage of giving you the BTA platform but would require a bit more work. If the bolt spacing is greater than 27mm, that may be your only option, but it’s a good one. Here’s a front end with basically this configuration (different basebar but otherwise the setup I described).

Thank you for the confirmation. I am about to do this as well. I bolted the armrest directly to the zipp risers for the first setup, but I need some reach and angle for the next setup. Will use the base to get more reach.

Thanks, I think the fasttt blank might be a good solution. The tririg risers - I’m not sure they would play well with the zipp base bar on their own, is I think it is like a grooved fit for the zipp specific risers…

Edit - if you meant use the zipp spacers, then put the tririg angle spacer on top of them, not sure they will match, sit perfectly flush with the zipp spacers?

Ah yeah that’s a valid point. I’d say if there’s a flatish surface it’s still okay, or if you could dremel the small lip off one pair of spacers that would always serve as your top spacer.

Depending on how much rise you’re using though, it might be nice to have a bridge anyways.
