I need to get a new set of pads for my newer 404 wheels (77/177). Zipp says the Black Prince pads are also approved for their wheels, and they’re about 1/2 the cost. Are there any downsides with the Black Prince pads over the Zipp pads?
No. Black prince pads are great on firecrest wheels.
