A quick question:
I received a new set of ZIPP 404’s today. Upon opening the box, the front hub was missing one of the axle caps. Is this something easy to install myself or should I sent the wheels back to the supplier?
A couple 5mm hex wrenches and about 3min of your time is all it takes to put one of those on. Just drop Josh@Zipp a line and I’m sure you’ll be taken care of.
Oh, make sure you have the rubber O-ring or locking washer that holds the cap in place.
