By the way, I was one of the first people to say that IMC would become a 2 looped course on the run and I was chastised greatly for that on the IMC chat forum. I had heard it a while back from a guy that lives in Penticton who had heard it from someone in the race organization.
Well once I started saying that it would be 2 loops everyone felt the need to attack me and thus began the downhill slide that culminated in my exile by Kirk. another example of killing the message and not hearing the message.
So guess what? it’s now fairly well known that IMC will become 2 loops on the run.

it as only decided to revert back to the out and back course yesterday. Graham had previously posted that it would probably be two loops and all the literature including The Road to Kona magazine said it would be a 2 loop course. It was only after a huge public outcry that Graham and the organizers decided to not go to the two loops.

Hey Timbo…I appreciate that you have issues with certain people and that’s all well and good…but what’s with the slagging of Ontario? There are arguements that other provinces have more appeal (and in some ways maybe they do) but I kinda like it here. We have two competing race series that allow a person to race almost every weekend from the beginning of May until late September (and these two series are just local to me…there is another closer to the Ottawa region) and both are pretty awesome. I’ve seen some of your posts and granted a few people have gotten bent out of shape by you voicing your opinions which is your given right. I’m not saying you can’t say bad things about the province of Ontario (that too is your right)…but if your issue is with the person and not the province…would ya mind not painting us all with the same brush? Lived in more than one of the provinces in my time and happen to think Ontario is an okay place to live. Troll on.
