You're between 6'-6'2 and you weigh

I recently told my fiance that I had lost 9 lbs or so over the past month going from 170 to around 161. It wasn’t an intentional weight drop, just sort of happened with my intake and training. Well she is a dietician and was very concerned that I had lost so much weight and only weighed 161. Apparently, I am very close to being unheatlhy.

I’m curious what other guys near my height (6’1) weigh. Clearly, we all have different bodies, we train differently and need unique nutrition to our own body. But how much do you guys weigh?

6’2" and between 165 to 175. When volume goes up and I get good sleep and have good intake I drift towards 165.

6’1, 160. I may be biased, but I think you’re at a very healthy weight.

Raced this year between 191-193. Off season ±lbs around 200.

I’m 165, and I have broad shoulders. 161 is completely reasonable for anyone with a medium frame or smaller as best as someone can guesstimate on an internet forum with no more information than height and weight. My wife is a nutritionist/physiologist and she mostly just complains about my love of chocolate cake.

6’2 and 160-165
.

6’ 1" @ 160. (was 158 at the end of this season)

I believe I have a small frame…

Brad

6"2" and 192 at race weight…200 lbs now.

I can’t imagine getting down to 170 lbs…but maybe i can?

6-2 170. your fine, she’s just mad because she can’t justify asking you to do any of the heavy lifting in the house.

6’-0" and go about 164 as of Saturday. Race weight about 160.

Your fiancé has not been around many runners, bikers or triathletes?

235, and the calipers said 13.2% BF on Friday and I wear either 32 or 34 inch waist jeans.

Trying to get to 210 for race season, but have a very tough time losing muscle, and that will have me under 6% BF.

your bmi is 21 (thats normal weight)

at 6’1 i’d worry when you get down to 140bs (bmi 18.5)
.

6’ 1 and 155lbs. I usually fluctuate between 155-165 but have been in the 150-155 range the past few months (training more and watching nutrition more than ever). Ask your fiance if I’m going to die.

Haha, thats possible.

I wonder if she is just mad that I can drop 9 lbs in a month and thats nearly impossible for her.

6’1 and 146 right now. Race season, I was at 140 at my lowest. I’ve raced at 138, but start to lose power get sick under 140. But, keep in mind I am a roadie.

6’0" and 175 lbs today. Was around 170 lbs during race season. For comparison purposes, regularly was 195 to 200 lbs 20+ years ago in college as a Division 1 Hockey Player with single digit body fat numbers.

I figured out a couple of years ago when people tell me I am looking too skinny … I am getting close to proper “racing weight.”

I was going to say that, but I am taking the day off from being an asshole.

She is right, that is a bit much in one month but normal over the three months of race season.
My off season weight is 176 and race weight about 168 for 6 feet.

Around 170 now, but low to mid 160’s in race season.

6’1" 180. It’s all relative, do what feels good for YOU. I feel like crap and get run down and catch every cold in town when I get down to 170ish. Run feels so much better with 10 less pounds, but I’m dipping into reserves where at 180 I’m the healthiest person anyone knows! Hence I don’t let myself get too low, but ultras are history for me so it’s not so hard to keep a little extra on me bones.
