But, I’m gonna have to go with the fish-slapping dance:

Fittingly for the Lavender Room:

“Is this the right room for an argument?”

“I’ve told you once”

“No you haven’t!”

“Yes I have”

“No you haven’t!”

“I most certainly have. Uh, is this a five minute argument or the full half hour?”

“Oh, er, just the five minutes.”

It is just a flesh wound.

That wasn’t five minutes just then.

I’m afraid it was.

I’m a little peeved that due to Slowtwitch’s cookie policy I’m unable to see a lot of the embedded videos. Would be good if people mentioned a name, and gave a link, rather than just embedding.

That aside, the cheese shop routine is right up there https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hz1JWzyvv8A.

When I posted YouTube links it is automatically embeded. For example this is a link to my favourite Monty Python song, Always Look on the Bright Side of Life. All I do is paste the link and when I click on Post Reply it is automatically embeded.

Interdasting. I used to be able to embed videos but now I can’t seem to - they only show up as a link, like above. So apparently the user’s cookie settings can affect the appearance of a post (which I had not previously realized).

And I can’t see the video you embedded, or a link; just a blank area on the screen. However, I can see the link in the editing window that I’m replying from; it shows up as text.

Clearly the problem is that one of the cross beams has gone askew on the treadle!

I mentioned this in the other thread. This scene from Holy Grail puts a smile on my face every time.

As an aside I must say it’s incredible how well these skits have held up over time. Watching through them this morning has put a huge grin on my face.
