She is a terrible actress. Just awful. I’ll be honest - I didn’t really recognize her before she started dating Aaron Rodgers. Well, I recognized her, but, did not really know who she was. So, the first time I really paid attention to her was in X-Men Apocalypse. She was awful as Psylocke. She has one look, one face, one delivery. Every single scene was a snarl with furled brow. But, whatever, did not think much more of it.
Well, I love the series Six on the History Channel. Could not wait until Season 2. Waited a bit so I could binge. Started watching Season 2 the other day. Olivia Munn appear in Season 2 as Gina Cline, a CIA agent who bogarted an op in Bosnia a few years ago and is now chasing the same guy as Seal Team 6.
Well, she is awful. She has the Munn face - a slight snarl with clinched eyebrows. Her angry look is the same as her happy look is the same as her frustrated look is the same as her sorry look. She is awful. Just a terrible, terrible actress. Damn.
been watching a week at a time. Watching last Weds later tonite.
Had never seen her in anything before that I am aware of
She is terrible!!! Loved the show Season 1. Action, suspense etc etc. Walton Goggins was one of the reasons Him out and her in and I’m having a hard time hanging on. Although the battle in the village a week ago helped.
by the way are you watching Succession on HBO. If not, I recommend as we usually chew the same dirt when it comes to TV
Yes! I had no interest in it when it first came out. A couple people here recommended it, so, I binge watched the first 4 episodes. Got hooked. Now I cannot get enough. Great show!

I liked from the jump which is unusual for me.
One of those shows that is mostly “drama” but some pretty subtle comedy undertones.
Hadn’t seen a thread here so I threw it out there.
She’s definitely hot. Super cute back a few years ago when she co-hosted Attack of the Show. I liked her on NewsRoom as well. It probably helps to have Sorkin writing to rely on.
There are a number of actors that essentially play the same character every time…Owen Wilson, Jeff Goldblum, Vince Vaughan come to mind.
I agree, but, to me this is a bit different. Kinda hard to explain. Tom Cruise is type-cast. But, when I see him in different roles, I see the character, not the actor. I thought he was great in A Few Good Men to Mission Impossible to Night and Day, etc.
Robert De Niro is another one. He has a prominent style that shows in every single roll. But, I see the character in Ronin to Heat to Meet the Parents, etc.
Even Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughan. Yep, type cast, but I see the character.
With Kevin Costner, that’s all I see is Kevin Costner. Oh look, Kevin Costner is trying to be Wyatt Earp! When Kurt Russell played Wyatt Earp, I believed it. Not even close when Costner tried it. With Costner, I never see the character. Ever. All I see is Costner trying to play the character.
When Halle Berry played Storm, I saw Storm. When Olivia Munn played Psylocke, all I could see was Olivia Munn trying to play a superhero.
The worst example I’ve ever seen was Denise Richards as a Nuclear Scientist in the James Bond flick. She was so bad it’s the only memory I have of that particular movie!
