Yellow band on T-mobile?

I don’t know if this has been posted or not but I thought that this was kinda interesting. It looks like this girl handing Ullrich his Mussette bag has a Lance livestrong band on here wrist. From cyclingnews.com

I spotted one on Zabel the other day. looking for them on non-postal riders has been a fun diversion during the less exciting parts of the tour.

I’ve seen numerous riders in the peleton wearing them. They are a fundraiser for the Lance Armstrong Foundation, but wearing one has nothing to do with “rooting” for Lance.

And why not - they are showing support for LAF – a very good cause, I am hoping the research supported by LAF will someday lead to help and a cure - it is just too hard losing friends to cancer

I thougyt the whole Phonak squad looked like they are wearing them but I think it is a yellow band on their gloves.

I think Tyler Hamilton is wearing one.

Half the crowd at the Olympic Trials in Sacramento are wearing them.

Mr. Tibbs

Not apprciative of your response - I just lost a good friend on Sunday morning to cancer - that makes 4 of my friends so far - and feel anyone who supports the research for cancer by whatever means deserves support

I was hoping you were not that unfeeling - most of the time I enjoy your posts and your effort to get your gear
.

So far I have seen the bands on every Oakley, Nike, or Trek sponsored athlete that I happened to look for the band on. It would be interesting to see how many players are wearing them at the MLB allstar game tonight.

(I’m not saying that ONLY athletes that share a sponsor with LA are wearing them, just that all the ones I have seen seem to be…)

I’m wearing one.
