Well, looks like I’m confirmed for Tucson… I’m confirmed for a month but if I can skate once or twice, that’d be cool…
I can’t seem to find any info on XC skiing on Mt. Lemmon…

Never xct their but the link below says there is no xct at Mt Lemmon

I used to live in Tucson, and would go hiking and rock climbing on Lemmon rather often. It’s been awhile, but from what I remember from the top, there were no XC ski trails at the Mt. Lemmon ski area (and, imo, it’s not much of a ski area). There might be some hiking trails you could use for classic, if there was enough snow, but I never saw any groomed trails there, and most of the hiking trails I hiked were definitely not wide enough to skate. Plus, there might not even be snow anywhere else than the ski area. If you want to go XC skiing, I’d check out the mountains in central AZ.
If Lemmon gets 10 more inches of snow, they are going to open the resort. The mtn is blanketed in with clouds today and a front is moving through tonight supposedly dumping some white stuff up there.
No xc skiing though only downhill.
There is no XC skiing on Mt. Lemmon. If you want to skate in this state you have to drive to Flagstaff. If you have roller skis, bring them and take advantage of the miles of paved bike paths along the Rillito and Santa Cruz. I rollerskied for 3 years after moving here and then just gave up when it was clear that no one in town knew what the hell I was doing. Good luck!
So that was you eh? We’d see you and go wtf? Must be a crazy transplant from NE.
