I went to Academy and purchased a TotalGym trainer. Its basically a VASA. I then ordered the swim paddles from VASA. The Total Gym was 199$ and the Paddles were 45$ with shipping. Theres very little difference between the two machines unless youre looking at the VASA Ergometer. I get a great strength and technique workout with the T.G.
