WTB: Road Fork must have 280mm steerer left

Looking to buy a carbon fork for a new build that I am doing for spring. It needs to have at least 280mm of steerer left to work with. I prefer new and have about $150.00 to play with.

I have an Easton EC-90 Superlite in EXC+ condition with an uncut 300mm steerer that I will sell for $125 + shipping.
