If you watch bonktown you can get an FSA SLK crank for 180 w/ bottom bracket or a zipp 300 for just over 200. I got the FSA a week ago for a build.
I’ll have a brazed on Ultegra FD in a few weeks if you don’t find anything. I’ll sell it cheap.
