I have a set of Deep Velocity wheels with QR hubs that came with a bike that I had purchased … It’s used, but never actually used it myself, and comes with new rubber on it …
If you prefer something better, got a pair of Zipp 303 Tubulars w/new tubulars and/or Zipp 400 Tubulars with rubber …

Would you consider Campy hub? I have a pair of wheels with Centaur hubs laced to 32-hole Mavic cxp21 650c rims.
i have 650 rolf vector comps i’d consider selling. these are not low end training wheels but mid-level training/racing wheels. pm me if you’re interested.
