I’ve got a Fuji Tahoe 29 SL kitted with X9, Reba, elixir r’s, AC tubeless 29, Easton EA70 stem and seat post and EC70 bars. 22 lbs or so with tubes. It’s a 19" but if you’re interested we can discuss. It will be in your price range.
I would be interested but I need a 17 or an 18… 19 inch is a bit too large
