As some of you may remember my jackass white trash under educated hillbilly worthless waste of DNA human garbage assholes who were refinishing my deck killed some birds and knocked down the nest under my deck. I put four of the babys back into the nest and put the nest back under the deck…MOMMY CAME BACK…and since then has dutifully been feeding and caring for her brood…I gues that the mom does come back…even if you touch the babies…
yeah!!
So Chip, I’m guessing you weren’t all that happy with their work?
J
Ummmm…I need my deck resfinished…can I get a phone number and a reference for the company you used??
I was not happy that they took enjoyment from needlessly killing baby birds. I have actually had nightmares about that day…seriously. You hear on TV that kids will kill animals…and then take that step up to people. Here I have these three guys on my propery, laughing uproariously at themselves killing baby birds. Isnt it just a hoot to blow baby birds to bits with a pressure washer? So, when do these guys move up to Tracy? Maybe they can blow apart kittens, and puppies next.
Something is WRONG with these guys. Now here is where I get really worried. I went OFF on these guys. Called them everything but white men…called their boss (owner of the company) and dont know what happend to them after that. What if they got fired, go out and get high on what ever drug they prefer and decide they want revenge? Seriously, they can kill and laugh about it…what other things can they do.
I had a nightmare where I woke up and they had a pressure washer peeling the skin off of Tracy…Is that on them for killing birds, or me for confronting them?
dude you did the right thing. the only thing different you could have considered was kicking the crap out of them. personally, i don’t find any of this funny - not even the above posters who are making light of it.
I don’t think anybody made fun of the birds, I would have kicked the crap out of them and not thought twice about it. It was the description of the offenders which caught my attention. We have pretty tough animal abuse laws up here, one guy got two years for dragging his dog behind a car. Why not call the police or animal control?
Herschel, don’t take my comment the wrong way. My dog is asleep at my feet and she is my best friend and constant companion. If some one hurt her, I would handle it the same way I would handle it if some one hurt my wife and kids, I would revert to combat mode and shoot for centre of mass.

When you first posted this I stated that such an act was grounds for a serious ass kicking. Cover my airfare and we can go proactive and pay them a Jules and Vincent visit.
Man if someone hurt my dog…I would be training in prison…you think they would let me bring a bike a cyclops into Joliet?
I think it would give new meaning to “your seat is too high”!
They are birds, food for bigger animals. Nightmares, you’ve got to be kidding, get a grip dude. I nailed a bird with the car the other day, Scrapped it out of my grill and slept just fine that night.
Hitting one with your car is simply fate. It should not be compared to a brazen act of cruelty.
there is a wealth of statistical evidence supporting the fact that people who will inflict violence on animals will also inflict violence on people. my wife works for a non-profit dealing with domestic violence and the number of wife-beaters who also attack animals (pets or not, doesn’t matter…) is staggering. it’s practically a one-for-one match. if they’ll attack baby birds, they’ll also attack people.
so i say ‘good for you’ for speaking up, but you’re right and reasonable to be concerned. if whacking baby birds is entertainment to them it’s frightening to think what else they might do.
I had a mole in my flower bed a couple of weeks ago and I hoed the fucker. And smiled when I was done.
Proud of yourself?
My guess is you stats are backwards.
I have no issue with destroying vermin.
when crows used to get too thick in the trees and make a mess of the backyard patio, dad used to let us get the shotgun and go to town. fortunately, west nile has taken care of that problem. Wow…nature WORKS!!!
Me, either, Jack. There shouldn’t be a problem, in general, with killing critters for food or to protect property. I think the problem is with those for whom the act of thrill-killing is the only focus.
didn’t mean to imply directionality or causality, only correlation.
