Would this really work to clean oil spill?

I’m wondering about the quantity of hay that it would take.

With no evidence or research of any kind I would say it would take way to much plus there would be a huge clean up to clean up the hay and what do you do with hay. Then again this whole situation is so screwed up I say “what the hay”.

I doubt if there is enough hay available for that and the time it would take to start a crop, there goes another 3-4 months, then you need to truck it, ship it…well I don’t know.

We all know kitty litter will soak up oil like no tomorrow.

I still say a giant shot of kitty litter into that well would have been the best thing.
