I used to like running in my new balance minimus shoes, but developed plantar fasciitis. I recently bought some superfeet greens. Should I also look to go to a more built up shoe.
The superfeet are’t going to fit well in the Minimus anyways. Your best bet is something like the Brooks PureFlow or Saucony Mirage- still a 4mm heel drop like the minimus, but more traditional upper/removeable insoles.
Should I also go to a more built up shoe, rather than stay with a minimal shoe. Like some motion control shoe.
Maybe, maybe not. Depends on how you run and what your feet need, and thats hard to say without seeing your feet.
