I think it’s this, a BTA aero bottle:

Eyeballing it, I don’t see this particular setup passing the new hydration rules. It’d be interesting if it were longer and skinnier to make it less tall than a regular bottle, and make it easier to fit under the 200mm height.

Red star is the datum point for both 250mm rear and 200mm up.
