I had to miss my weekly track workout (running intervals) this week due to a family obligation. Of all the training I do, running intervals with a group on the track seems to help my running the most and is the one I hate to miss the most.
I am curious what other folks’ workout is they absolutely hate to miss?
That would have to be a long Sea swim in the sun!
i don’t like to miss any workouts. the long run is the one i enjoy the most. i really don’t like to have to skip it. the long ride comes in a close second. something about the long stuff appeals to me. i don’t like to miss either of them.
You must have missed a lot of them lately! 
Yeah, injuries suck!
As a triathlete I am of course a softy. Most of my channel swimming friends have been in since the start of the month, normal people like us get the first dip of the season on this, the Easter weekend and continue until the end of September at least.

My weekend Angeles Crest ride. With all of the bad weather out here this has been a problem.
Workouts I hate miss…
the cove in La Jolla in july, the half mile bouy.
Something bout ocean swimming, spiritual.
Long ride along the Hudson River comes in first…I absolutely love it. Second would be my speedwork class…but I think it is going to end up causing me injury. I need to learn how to back off the pace.
