The topic does not offend me much, it kind of makes me laugh.
The amusing part to me is that you can’t say “America is the land of opportunity” when an estimated 50% of UC students pay no tuition at all. That sounds like the motherland of opportunity to me!

For me, “micro-aggression” is a trigger word.
Micro-aggression - that’s the level of hostility you get from someone with a micro-penis, right…?
Addendum to my original post - if there is no opportunity out there, why are you going to UC?

It’s a ridiculous & broad term that won’t last. But I sort of get the gist behind it.
The thing that befuddles me, is that a “micro aggression” would be asking a coworker friend of color or gay person or handicapped or whoever about “what its like?”
… But at the same time, God forbid you don’t “recognize” their different-ness (How do you do that without conversing about the topic?) … Really a no-win situation.
