Do you clean your tires off before using them on the trainer? If not, clean them with some rubbing alcohol to get rid of the road grime and oils that permeate the tire when it gets hot. I am not familiar with the Cycleops trainer but make sure you have enough pressure on the tire to keep it from slipping.
