Winter training BC plan

Hi everyone !
I found this free base plan on the web. Is consists mainly on 3 rides per week. 2 indoor (tempo, then short SS intervals, then long SS, then threshold and under over), and a longer one with some intensity.

Any opinion about doing this this winter ? Run will be 3-5 runs per week, just one tempo/speed workout.
2-3 swims per week.

Current level: 330W on the last 20min test (last month), 36min 10k, 1:30/100m on the olympic swim portion

Hi there !

Look at your strengths and weaknesses, then weigh up whether 3 rides, 5 runs and 3 swims per week is a good idea for your winter.

I swam much more last Season
… for nearly no improvement (15" on 1000m in pool)…
So I decided to swim less, keeping quality and pleasure
