Find a saddle that’s comfortable for you; if it comes in white that’s just a bonus. I haven’t had any problems with white saddles, but white bar tape can be kind of a pain to keep clean.
If you do go white bar tape you HAVE to use Bike Ribbon.
It has some cushiness to it, but a more vinyl like texture on the outside which easily wipes clean. I ran this stuff on a cyclocross bike that went through Portland mud and the stuff was bright white at the end of the season. Seriously.

Strictly answering the question I think a white saddle would look pretty good on your bike.
On this bike? I think it would look good as long as you use Bike Ribbon. Nothing uglier than brownish tape that used to be white. I do not consider a symbol of pride that you have ridden your bike a lot.
I also use the fizik white bar tape. Its super easy to clean so it still looks great after a season of ironman training.
Also for white saddles I would recommend the selle italia t1. The most comfy saddle I have ever owned. But of course that’s subjective.
Most of my saddle is usually covered when I ride it.

Blech! It’ll look great if you’re hanging the whole thing on a wall. Or if you put a plastic seat cover protector on it like grandma’s couch. I usually find people’s bikes with white tape and saddles disgusting looking after a ride or two.

YES, the white saddle will look awesome!!! You just have to accept the maintenance of cleaning it. Dirty white saddles

In cycling white saddle and bartape is the mark of the leader.
I guess in that case, somebody ELSE is keeping your bike clean!
The only saddle color is white!
I’m going to vote no. White saddles have their place…but IMO not on that bike.
There’s too little white on the rest of that bike to justify a white saddle and bartape. Stick with black, or black with a blue trim to match the rest of your bike.
I also use the fizik white bar tape. Its super easy to clean

Keep a black seat that would look much better on a blue,blue. White bar tape may look ok, but not a white seat. Just go with the white bar tape now as its just bar tape. (but I bet ya your end up going with black bar tape in time)
