Yeh, not much of a in-season fan but playoff “games” are a different level. Brunson’s final shot last night was definitely in the category of a Kobe/Magic/Larry/Michael game winner. Great game as several other playoff games have been.
I thought I’d bump this thread for the finals. I don’t watch the NBA, but I’m following it from a distance because I will always root against OKC ever winning an NBA title.
They are the Sonics who were stolen away from Seattle when the new owner, who swore he wouldn’t move them, did so.
Last night’s game in OKC ended in a heartbreaking final-second shot by Indy. I didn’t watch the game, but saw the highlights of the end. Awesome!

Reduce the diameter of the rim 
I say this seriously as a small amount of inaccuracy is magnified at range. There might be something to be said for raising the height also, if you want more midrange shots as opposed to dunks.
You could also ban picks out on the perimeter and the prevalence of 3s would go way down.

Revive the 25-point Rim
I’ve been watching the Finals.
Casual Knicks fan, and was bummed they fell short. But the Pacers were the better team in that series. And they stole a game1 again!! Sheesh. I do think the Thunder are the better team and should win the Finals. But you never know.
Yeah, OKC had a much better regular season record. That’s what made the game 1 win on the road for the Pacers jump out at me.
I’ll probably tune in Sunday night since all the pressure will be on the Thunder. I said I don’t watch the NBA, but I was a huge Sonics fan and went to many of their games. That sucked when they moved them and it took a lot of the joy out of it for me.
The Pacers looked very good tonight. I am entertained.
