Having looked up dirty sanchez on urban dictionary(I thought I was pretty well versed on deviant behavior, though perhaps not a practitioner, and the fact that none of the posters could agree on exactly what it is is telling), I’m willing to bet that if the average guy tried to perform one, he’d wake up with a kitchen knife buried in his chest. At the very least, he’d get slapped around real good.
