Let’s get this thread going now so that you all have 3 months to get into shape.
My plan is 50x200IM in the LCM pool before Xmas holidays and then 100x100 in a group in SCM during holidays. Before that I have 70.3 worlds in NZ so I will use an IM focus swim block for my 70.3 worlds cross training (on Dec 15th) because most of Oct and Nov is shit around here, so 8 hrs swim, 3-4 hrs on the trainer and 4 hrs running will be my weekly 70.3 training plan.
Will target Dec 20-24 window for the 50x200IM LCM solo and before Dec 31 for the 100x100 with the squad
