Ok, I have tried every other resource that i can come up with, but this is my final straw.
I have been looking a pair of White Tri shorts or compression shorts for about a year now…Chris Lieto sported them at Kona, Kieren Doe sported them at IMNZ last weekend, but I cannot find anywhere that has them in the US…anybody have any clues here?
I’m a huge fan of how they look, and afterall racing is all about looking fast isn’t it?

Seriously, be very careful - white compression shorts can be a recipe for (spectator) horror.

If you do get white, get the ones with the black center panels. These are womens shorts, but it give you an idea of what to look for.

If you’re a fit woman, I think white tri shorts are a great look. As a guy, I just don’t think I could do it. If you’ve ever passed a dude on the bike wearing wet, white cycling shorts, you’d know what I mean.

Dude, I am speaking from experience here: DO NOT DO IT!
A number of people on this site know of what I speak. It was a cold and rainy day at 2006 IMWI. A certain young lad, doing his first Ironman, decided he had to sport his “lucky” light silver cycling bibs for the bike. Less than 5 miles into the bike, another competitor road along side the young lad and proclaimed, “Dude! In the rain, those shorts leave little to the imagination!” Other comments were to follow… It was not pretty…
Trust me … DO NOT DO IT!
