I think a bigger question is what outcome you’re looking for? Is there something specific that you feel needs the aid of a supplement?
I eat pretty well but I was looking for the energy boost along with the other benefits stated but if there are no huge differences, then I shall save the cash

Doubt you’ll find any difference at all, unless you’re currently deficient. Do you eat red meat, fish, lots of whole grains? If so, you’ll get a psychosomatic boost, but little else. Even Wonderbread is B12 enriched, the supplements are largely a ripoff.
I eat red meat somewhere around once a week, lots of lean meat and a good amount of whole grains. If you think about it, everything is laced with nutrients
