Where to train in Martinsburg, WV?

I will be up in Martinsburg, WV next week for a few days (work). I will be staying at the Comfort Inn on 1872 Edwin Miller Blvd.
Martinsburg, WV, US, 25404. I will plan on bring up my road bike and running stuff. Can someone provide advise on safe/nice places to run/bike/swim? Thanks.

I live right over the border in Frederick, MD. We have some of the country’s best mountain bike riding and good road riding around here. We have flats, mountains, hills, and rolling hills.

Thanks for the tip. I ended up driving over the boarder to Maryland to the C&O Canal towpath. I rode on Harper’s Ferry Road for 20 miles and then ran about 4 on the towpath. Those are some killer hills that I almost died on. Now, I’m headed to Green Bay; I started a new thread requesting some local knowledge.

I’m glad you had a good time. I actually know Milwaukee if you go. I went to Marquette for law school. I can’t help you with Greenbay though.
